Ault Alliance, Inc. Reports Bitcoin Mining Results for April 2024

Ault Alliance, Inc. (NYSE American: AULT), a diversified holding company, disclosed today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Sentinum, Inc., successfully mined approximately 89 Bitcoin during the month of April 2024. The mining activities comprised approximately 46 Bitcoin extracted at Sentinum’s data center in Michigan, while the remaining approximately 43 Bitcoin were mined using miners hosted by Core Scientific, Inc.

William B. Horne, Chief Executive Officer of Ault Alliance, expressed optimism about the company’s recent developments, stating, “The Company recently announced that Sentinum has now installed the first miners at one of its two Montana mining locations. We are excited with the progress we are making and are looking forward to bringing our power costs down as well as focusing on profitable mining operations after the recent Bitcoin halving.”

Ault Alliance emphasized that all estimates and projections are subject to various factors, including the volatility in Bitcoin market price, fluctuations in mining difficulty levels, the capacity to build and provide necessary power for mining operations, and other pertinent variables impacting Bitcoin mining production. The Company refrains from making specific predictions regarding Bitcoin’s future price post-halving but asserts its readiness to adapt mining operations accordingly.
